New Release: Introducing ‘The Purr-fectly Collection’
Looking for the purr-fect gift this holiday season? Kimberly Palmucci’s “The Purr-fectly Collection” is available now!
Palmucci announced last month that her original ‘Purr-fectly’ picture books have been re-released in a special hardcover edition titled “The Purr-fectly Collection.” This 90+ page edition includes three picture books, coloring pages, and bonus activities printed with premium colors.
“I am very pleased to share ‘The Purr-fectly Collection’ with readers,” Palmucci said. “Offering a hardcover edition of these books has always been a dream for me; I want to give a special thank you to my team at Purr-fectly Books who pulled this concept together in such a beautiful way.”
Inspired by true events, the ‘Purr-fectly’ books share a narrative of “kindness, friendship, and celebrating our differences,” Palmucci wrote in a press release.
“Let’s go on an adventure—together!”
“Fur-ever” Release Countdown: A Message from the Author
“I am excited to share that November was a very productive month when it comes to “The Door to Fur-ever.” As it sits, the book is just under 60,000 words, and all the stories are coming together in such dynamic and heartwarming ways. We were hopeful that the book would be ready by the holidays in December, but the official release has been pushed back to January due to anticipated supply chain shortages and shipping delays. When I was first told the release was being pushed back, I was disappointed because I know a lot of readers have been eagerly awaiting this book’s release, but I mostly felt excited…because I now have time to include several additional stories that add tremendous value.
These stories are simply just beautiful. There is no other way to describe them, although in the book, I try. It’s fascinating how we are all so different as human beings, yet intrinsically connected through the love of our furry friends. When I read these stories, I feel an overwhelming sense of humanity, strength, resilience, compassion…all lessons taught to us by our pets!” – Kimberly Palmucci
The best way to stay up-to-date on the “Fur-ever” release is by following Kimberly’s social media pages and website.
We asked Princess…when is the best time to go to the kitty dentist?
She meowed, “tooth-hurty!” Get it? Okay, we’ll stop now.
A message from the author: “The holiday season always fills my heart with this magical, hopeful, faithful energy. In November, we celebrated Thanksgiving: this year, I am thankful for my family…my loving and supportive husband, Dominick, our son, Cayden, who is now 15-months-old, the cats, and our parents and siblings.
I am thankful for my loyal readers; without your support, my dreams would be only that…dreams. Your messages and the stories you share inspire me every day; each and every one of you are unique and amazing. Be proud to be purr-fectly you!
November brought us Veteran’s Day as well: Happy Veteran’s Day to our veterans, our true heroes. Thank you for your courage, bravery, hard work, and sacrifice. It’s an honor to say my dad served in the U.S. Navy.” – Kimberly Palmucci
In-person Events: Out of an abundance of caution for her readers, Kimberly has cancelled all her in-person book signing events and will revisit this decision in January 2022. However, in the interim, her books will still be available for purchase at several upcoming regional events. Her brother, Kevin Flanders, a Massachusetts-based author, will have Kimberly’s books available for sale alongside his own titles at all of his upcoming book events.
